Fill in a short online consultation questionnaire for 17 common health conditions which is then reviewed by a Pharmacist Prescriber. If treatment is clinically appropriate it can be collected or sent for delivery nationwide via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Consultation Section
Book an appointment with a prescriber at a day and time that suits you. This covers the 17 conditions if you wanted a consultation instead of the online questionnaires and also covers many other common ailments and infections mentioned in the list on the consultations page. Weight loss consultations can be booked here. Treatment is only prescribed if clinically appropriate. Collection or Nationwide delivery option via Royal mail 24 tracked delivery.
